HALCON Furniture, located in Stewartville, MN, manufactures award-winning, modern office furniture of the highest quality. To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking a Sales Estimator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to the sales team and bring a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to a dedicated, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales Project Manager team to quote customer projects.
  • Ability to read floor plans/product-specific drawings for pricing.
  • Review data to determine customer requirements and prepares itemized list of product.
  • Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for custom product offerings and reviews for accuracy.
  • Apply knowledge of products, manufacturing, and engineering processes and technologies to develop cost/pricing.
  • Interact with Sales Project Managers and Estimating & Quote Drafting teams to ensure quotes and drawings meet customer expectations.
  • Interact professionally with Project Managers, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, and Manufacturing personnel daily.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Epicor ERP experience is a plus.
  • Ready to contribute new ideas in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer service focused mindset.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range:
