To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas of IT and bring a positive attitude to an IT team where chemistry and collaboration are core to our team values.

Responsibilities:

Provide first line of contact for support issues
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
Configure and install new PCs, Laptops and printers
Assist users with desktop application installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
Manage user accounts including Active Directory and Exchange
Monitor printer toner supplies and order as needed.
Assist in department projects as needed

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Familiar with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
PC Hardware specification knowledge
Active Directory and Exchange experience
Strong organization and time management skills
Detail oriented
Basic knowledge of servers
CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.
