HALCON Furniture, located in Stewartville, MN, manufactures award-winning, modern office furniture of the highest quality. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, systems-driven Implentation Engineer to join the Product Development team to help us deliver robust engineering solutions that elevate our products and processes.  As an Implementation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Product Development team helping to shape solutions and document standards. You will be a primary resource for sharing out those standard solutions with a larger interdisciplinary team of drafters, and manufacturing engineers. This position will report to the Director of Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Collaborate with product engineers to identify, define, and document engineering and manufacturing standards for new products.
  • Develop and document robust and repeatable solutions that enhance efficiency and product consistency.
  • Serve as the link between engineering design and production drafters, ensuring standards are practical and scalable.
  • Evaluate existing standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and evolve documentation that outlines standard practices and acceptable modifications.

Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in contract furniture manufacturing or an adjacent manufacturing field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing scalable, repeatable engineering or manufacturing processes.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable standards.

Salary Range:
